Okay...so anyway...went to watch it with Suzie last night. I think she really enjoyed it...sampaikan sempat nyanyi that song by Keane during the movie itself. I was pretty sure the person on her left could hear her. Coz I heard it perfectly well from my side. Hahah.

I hope to see more good (and real) romance lah...pls lahhh..DIRECTORS OUT THERE, COME UP WITH SOMETHING FAST...suddenly, I'm just a bit tired of conspiracies...need to inject a bit more romance into my life.

After the movie, met my parents and 4/10 of my ermm....anak-anak kambingzzz @ laupasat. hehehhe...been a tiring week....I don't feel like I've rested enough. Nowadays, I sleep like a log.
I've been bruised at work...emotionally..mentally...physically too but not literally. hahah...okay nevermind...too confusing. Through them all, I still enjoy what I do. Period.

Oh yes...we had dinner with the birthday girl, Sofiah Suaad Jamil on Friday night @ Ramen Ten. Happy 23rd dok! hehehhe....suka? Had a good time catching up with the Perthians. Learnt a new word from Jan...chichi...hahah..i only know chee. Yah thanx, Jan..for widening my vocab. And thanx to Rosh for updating us (minus Jamil and Kak Suz) on ONE TREE HILL III! A story about 3 ex-classmates @ Globetrotters

3 civil servants - namely ChingChong, Chindian and Kaikai decided to meet up at United Square. ChingChong babe, the newest food critic of the town, emailed Chindian and Kaikai a list of restaurants they should check out. However, Kaikai had to work almost the whole of Saturday and she predicted that she would be slowly and painfully crawling out of the office. Initially, the plan was that Chindian and ChingChong would meet up first for lunch at Globetrotters after which Kaikai would meet them up for dinner in town - FarEast to be exact.

Kaikai thought that FarEast would be more accessible for herself. However, later on, Kaikai thought that Globetrotters, as mentioned by ChingChong, sounded really interesting. Therefore, she started to reason with ChingChong (tho' ChingChong claimed that Kaikai was being a tyrant..which is obviously not true...such slander!) and the reasoning was done thru' email. Chindian, upon seeing an email being thrown back and forth between the other two, decided to stay out of it until an ultimatum (of some sort) has been made. Very clever of Chindian babe.

Anyway, the bickering...oh wait..no...reasoning continued via phone. Kaikai realised that ChingChong would never bring her to Globetrotters (considering the fact that ChingChong has a list of other restaurants that she would like the rest to visit) should she insist on dinner @ FarEast. Hence, Kaikai subtly (or not...whatever!) insisted that they had dinner at Globetrotters....and so....THEY WERE THERE TODAY! Shared plenty of stories...rated PG-16. Haha!

And Kudos to Chindian babe for spotting a long-lasting trend...."there's always someone waiting for you in a car...somewhere"....I agree. I have to say...there's no way that I could deny that. I just won't take the public transport if I can help it lahhh......sorry lahhhh....me no spoilt brat...Really. *all innocent-eyed*

I love Far East Florist along Thomson Road. My colleague and I went flower-shopping 2 weeks ago and we were blown away...totally! I stared in awe at the beautiful, freshly-cut roses, carnations, lilies and many, many more! Here's what greeted me when I walked into the cold...really, really cold room.

I ended up buying a bunch of roses for $5.50 and some daisies for $2 per bunch. How fantastic the bargains were!

Okay so now I gotta stop buying not only books and shoes but also flowers. Haiii....like I mentioned to Kak Suz...thank God I've stopped buying CDs!

Gettin' low with the girls once more...

minus the cool air of course.....and I personally believe that Singaporeans are killing their lungs faster than the Aussies...coz there was really a lot of smoke!

But it was oh-so-fun!! As we whiled the night away, we reminisced about the good old times at Metro, Base and Margeaux. And of course, we didn't forget those who weren't with us....we MISS YOU AUDZ, JO AND CLAUDE! Wish you were with us last night!

My stamina is kinda bad now...*sorry hommz that I couldn't keep up no more!haha!*...my back felt like it was gonna break and my knees were giving way...and thanx Jan for rubbing ur blardy chee on my aching left knee...Unbelievable...unstoppable lah u drunk P1! I'm quite glad that Kiran has learnt the lyrics to 'Get Low'...hahahha...and the six of us filled in the *beeps* for the night by singing the song at the top of our lungs. And...as usual, we were near the DJ so we requested a few songs....one of which HAD to be 'Lean Back'.

It felt weird as Jamil, Kiran and I took the same taxi but were heading to different destinations. Again, walked down memory lane in the taxi....recalling what we used to do after our Sat nights came to an end. About how my routine after a Sat night will eventually result in me waking up after lunch and I realized that it was during lunch that all the juicy stories were shared. Therefore, once I had woken up, the whole world would have known anything and everything I had been up to the night before. Hilarious really... saved me the effort of telling the stories myself.

Anyway, after such a long, tiring night....I had a shower the moment I got back home *as per usual*...however, this time around, I didn't stay up to do work as I usually would back then. I went straight to bed! Thanx babes for re-living the good times with me once again!

Ramai orang baru daaa...

So just now, I had to work...till 5. Haiii.....and then, went to have sushi with my bro n sis-in-law before the comp at Esplanade theatre. Hari ni, nak bual Melayu sikit ah.

Well....what can I say....tak sia-sia aku pakai baju hijau...eh eh boleh sama colour. Macam pakat pulak eh...*sorry if some peeps don't understand...cuma yang pergi comp je lah yang akan faham* Haha! Anyway...congrats to all teams! Everyone did really well...

What I noticed is that...ramai muka baru di atas pentas...ye lah...ada jugak muka lama....tapi ramai lagik muka lama yang duduk berdekatan dengan saya. Time to relax ah? Nice to see the community once more but I don't know if I'll ever join again given the fact that I have so many other things going on...but I gotta say that I miss it sometimes...and being there last night helped me revived the memories of the good ol' days...in my mind.

Oh well...we'll see how things go....Hidup K.....P....! *mannn....i feel like i'm back in 93/94!
